RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return and Refund are eligible for domestic order only.
2. Notify and ship the product back to us within 7 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt.
3. Exchange of goods still in seable condition and have the tags attached.
4. promotional items cannot be returned.
5. Shipping fee is complimentary on the first exchange. There is extra charge 100THB for next exchange.
6. For products that do not agree with aforementioned conditions. Return and exchange will not be available customers will be charged fro shipping back the products.

เงื่อนไขการเปลี่ยนสินค้า

1. สามารถเปลี่ยนสินค้าสำหรับลูกค้าที่จัดส่งในประเทศเท่านั้น
2. แจ้งและคืนสินค้าภายใน 7 วันนับจากวันที่ซื้อ พร้อมใบเสร็จต้นฉบับ
3. สินค้าเปลี่ยนต้องอยู่ในสภาพพร้อมขาย โดยยังมีป้ายสินค้าติดอยู่
4. สินค้าโปรโมชั่นไม่รับเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้า
5. การเปลี่ยนสินค้าไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย เว้นแต่กรณีเปลี่ยนครั้งถัดไปครั้งละ 100 บาท
6. สินค้าที่ไม่ได้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด จะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนคืนสินค้าได้ ลูกค้าจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในกรณีส่งกลับ
